Return & Refund

The products sold on this site are all dedicated products, the order cannot be cancelled after placing the order.

Diaworld is responsible for delivering to the German express company and sending it to the customer. After parcel arriving in the local territory, the problem caused by local customs policy shall be borne by the customer.

If the return shipping occurs to Germany, the logistics cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer themselves.

Refunds will only be issued for orders that are canceled before the products are delivered. Once the products have been delivered, refunds will not be possible.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email to info@diaworld.eu as soon as possible. Please note that customers will be responsible for a 5% processing fee of the total refund amount. We will do our best to process your refund promptly and efficiently.
